Step 2: Torch-On Membrane – Heavy-Duty Waterproofing
Once the primer cured, we applied a 4mm torch-on waterproofing membrane, which was heated and bonded directly to the primed surface. This method is ideal for flat roofs and coastal conditions, offering durability and flexibility. Our torch-on systems come with a guarantee of up to 10 years when maintained properly.
Step 3: Silvakote Protective Coating – UV & Heat Resistance
To complete the system, we finished with Silvakote, a reflective aluminum paint that acts as a UV-resistant barrier. This coating protects the membrane from sun exposure, reduces heat absorption, and extends the life of the waterproofing layer. It also gives the roof a clean, professional finish.
